How’s 5/10 for a retard with no medical training?

As a second year knee deep in boards prep, I can assure the above posters that those ten questions are not remotely representative of 90% of Step 1 exam questions. Those questions were about disorders and conditions the average person is familiar with (depression, migraines, whatever).
