		<description>What I don&#039;t understand is...&lt;br/&gt;...why doctors don&#039;t just unify, and stop taking sh*t.  We are it...the access.  The article makes some good points (and some that I disagree with), but overall it seems the solution is simple.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Doctors just need to take control of medicine.  Until this happens, why would we expect things to improve?  Apparently doctors would rather leave their home country (Canada) than unite and fight.  Instead of using our mental energy to find ways around decreased reimbursement, perhaps that energy would be better spent making a statement as a group.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Maybe our problem is physicians are so used to being their own little individual corporations...and not working together??</description>
