		<description>I have to wonder if it is because of the $$.  No medicare to bill, no insurance claims, no hassles because the patients are willing to pay cash, out of pocket, for these therapies.  It seems like a win win for the institution.  Still a sad state of affairs.  have we already forgotten about the Flexner report?</description>
