Do we really need another constipation drug? At the risk of offending all the IBS sufferers out there I’m going to go ahead and suggest more excercise and a better diet.

I would like to slap everyone who assumes diet and exercise will cure all constipation. I eat a well balanced diet and exercise regularly. I am avid gardener and grow my own vegetables and herbs. I have to Jack Russell terriers who keep me on the go and yet I have suffered from chronic constipation for years. So you what you can do with your prunes!
