		<description>Yes, but the entire job of the pharmacist revolves around making sure the proper there are no medications errors.  If they are not going to take responsibility for the errors then what is the purpose of their job?</description>

		<description>Would you rather have him falling asleep?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Those of us who trained before work hour limits know very well what it&#039;s like to work without relief.  After a while, the work becomes automatic.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;To be honest, it&#039;s easier than being a parent of a sick infant.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And it doesn&#039;t feel like being drunk.  It&#039;s more like being on a long drive - after a while, you go on &quot;autopilot&quot; unless the road conditions change.</description>
