I have to comment that Iraqi doctors have far more to fear than I do, as a US doctor on a US base in Iraq. A friend of mine who is a pediatric surgeon in Iraq recently attended a conference out of the country. I told him "Don't go back, stay safe!" but the whole reason he went is to try and bring back some new techniques to benefit the children of Iraq. That is a brave man. Anyway, I've enjoyed browsing your blog and look forward to reading it more. (I'm looking forward with even more gusto to another chance to swim in Lake Winnipasaukee!)

Take care,

Chris

Hi Dr. Kevin!

Thanks for mentioning this post.
