With the shortage of cadavers, can this be the wave of the future?

A surgeon once told me that he believed that gross anatomy was a waste of time, since dehydrated cadaver parts bear little resemblance to living humans. If we observed a series of surgeries and studied Netter carefully, I think we might actually be fine without cadavers.
