		<description>I dont agree with his pain scale at all. Some people are just programmed to answer the question &quot;How are you&quot; with a &quot;Just fine&quot;. I had an ER doc ask me that exact question, and when I answered &quot;Fine&quot; he replied &quot;Well you dont look fine to me&quot; And I wasn&#039;t, I had just been in a MVA, but according to Scalpel I would have been.</description>

One only hopes that the clinicians on here don&#039;t use the provided subjective and self-serving history of purported &quot;onset of subjective symptoms&quot; as a means of determining causation for anything besides litigation neurosis.</description>
