One of the biggest EHR perks is templates for charting. It is also a very slippery slope to fraud.

I hate getting consults obviously generated by an EMR program. They look fake, read horribly, and contain very little pertinent info.
I posted my thoughts on EMR adoption today. What are your thoughts?
Sounds like they need the executive summary upgrade software, the one that distills all the excess to a diagnosis and recommendation.
