Trauma care in the USA is in a free-fall decline due to a “Perfect Storm” of out of control liability costs, undocumented aliens, ERISA, managed care refusal to pay, and rapidly declining government reimbursements from Medicare and Medicaid.

Adding shameless quack remedies will not help this nightmare.
