Not a place where I’d like to work:
“Many individuals reported they are using antidepressant medication to cope with coming to work,” she said. “Individuals expressed a loss of interest in their marriages, children, and lives outside of work. Several individuals had a fighting attitude, however, there were very few. The vast majority are fearful and demoralized… This degree of stress is not sustainable for staff even in the short term: critical medical decision making will suffer and staff will ultimately leave the hospital to escape what many described as ‘intolerable working conditions.’”

Any one person who could have the entire hospital staff that unhappy should not be allowed to practice.
My guess is it’s a transplant surgeon but who knows. Obviously it is someone the hospital thinks they makes thema profit.
I’m suprised there was not a nurses strike.
I don’t think I’d want to work their either.
