A physician’s reputation may not matter if the customer service is poor.

Thank you for mentioning my post on customer service at the doctor’s office. Do you have any suggestions for this doctor?

I have had the same experience as Ms. Carroll. I started going to a new primary care physician and she was really nice and loved that she was attentive. Unfortunately the customer service is horrible. I called in multiple times to ask about the prescription and could never get that doctor. I left messages but never got a call back and the they were just very rude on the phone. I decide to switch physicians because I couldn’t take the front desk people.
