Waking up during one’s own autopsy

“I woke up because the pain was unbearable.”

I bet it was. Reminds me of that scene from Heroes where Claire wakes up during her autopsy.

Sounds like a new urban legend or scam to me. I’m not a pathologist, but I don’t think they would start an autopsy with an incision on that part of the face. Now if he had an incision from a coronal flap, that would be a different story.

That is sick! I always thought they made sure someone was actually dead before they started an autopsy. That sounds like a James Patterson book.

Seemed odd to me as well.

I didn’t remember autopsy incisions starting there.

Somebody should be losing their license over this… However, in the protectionist world that we live in for a certain profession the scoundrels responsible will probably be hailed as miracle workers along with the god complex powers of raising the dead.

This happened in Venezuela.

Sorry I know, don’t feed the trolls.
