A shoestring operation to slip offshore med students is what it looks like to me.   &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;If that supposition is accurate, they are going to have some weak students and, if evaluating them fairly, are going to have to suck up the embarassment of a higher failure rate than real med schools.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The bigger concern however is not answered by having them all show mastery of the basics by passing the USMLE.
