		<description>That article is about pediatrics subspecialists.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Pediatrics is the ONLY specialty in medicine in which the subspecialists make LESS money than the general practitioners.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Its an insane phenomenon.  You actually get paid less money for more years of training.  I&#039;m surprised that a single person would choose that pathway.  Its ludicrous.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You certainly dont see that in adult medicine.  In adults, subspecialists make double or triple what general practitioners make.</description>

<p>What&#8217;s &#8220;job-share&#8221;?  </p>
<p>And &#8220;some&#8221; isn&#8217;t very clear.  Some could be five percent to fifty percent.</p>
