		<description>If there is a mechanism already in place for patients to make a complaint why on earth would a hospital do random surveys?  It&#039;s practically begging some dodo to whine. It&#039;s a nasty pressure on the staff.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sounds to me like some admin petty bureaucrats are envious of the medical staff and are sticking it to you.</description>
