If someone did that here in my town, I would jump on it--and have him come to my office.<br/><br/>I just paid a guy 150$ for a physical and checkup on a minor chronic problem. I had to be away from my business for 2 1/2 hours to make that appointment which cost me an additional $350. I would have been way ahead paying some internist $250 to come and see me in the office.<br/><br/>For some it isn't such a simple financial calculation, but just the comfort of being able to be called on in the privacy of your home instead of fighting traffic, parking, subways whatever to sit in the waiting room, etc. Of course.
