HMM, anyone that shows up at a U. S. hospital in need of care, gets that care, it is the law.

So how is it not available?

Why do you think most of the “ILLEGALS” in the
U. S. use hospitals as their primary doctors instead of going to a doctors office?

The Hospital in Montana is not doing this out of the goodness of its heart…it expects to be paid …and will be …by the Canadian system of “socialized” medicine….and the Canadian family involved will not be bankrupted or refused service.

When I had my triplets in 1995 they had to do a great deal of searching (up until the night I delivered) before they located an NICU who could take all 3 children, and some of my children were eventually sent to different hospitals for short periods of time during their 9 week NICU stay. <br/><br/>On the upside for us, we had a high-risk triplet pregnancy and a 9 week NICU stay for 3 children, and could walk out of the hospital with no bills. While there is no doubt that we desperately need more NICU beds, it certainly doesn't mean that the system is a complete failure.
