Spending more time with the patient is one reason (hey, maybe billing by the hour would solve this issue).

“Spending more time with the patient is one reason (hey, maybe billing by the hour would solve this issue)”

Yeah…right…

Because the insurance companies won’t notice that they are paying more…

“Alternative Medicine,” sometimes called “woo,” is popular for a lot of reasons. For one, it is easier to understand than real medicine and everyone gets to go home with a treatment, no matter how treatable the disease is. Plus, the practitioners are caring and empathetic–after all, caring is their stock in trade not their treatment.

” (hey, maybe billing by the hour would solve this issue).”

Why would that be? Alternative medicine practitioners don’t bill by the hour…

You could at least bother to have your conclusions follow your premises.
