However, look ath te number of doctors devoting time to blogs and posting (like myself). <br/><br/>However, there is a need for a site where we can discuss what products to buy, evaluate, offer tips on reimbursement tricks, discuss insurance hassles and work arounds, practical "secrets" to improving collections, reimbursements.<br/><br/>Since I'm starting a enw office, I'd love to know which EKG is better (Midmark, WA), which transcription company to use (PS: I choose EchoScribe), which biller to use. Should I buy a holter, Is the ear wax machine from WA worth it. Should I buy the Cadillac model vitals signs WA Lxi? Should should I hire when comparing resumes? Should my wife be my office manager? etc.<br/><br/>So many decision in a practice and eachtime it's like reinventing the wheel. <br/><br/>Also, there is the clinical scenario posting.
