However, look ath te number of doctors devoting time to blogs and posting (like myself).

However, there is a need for a site where we can discuss what products to buy, evaluate, offer tips on reimbursement tricks, discuss insurance hassles and work arounds, practical "secrets" to improving collections, reimbursements.

Since I'm starting a enw office, I'd love to know which EKG is better (Midmark, WA), which transcription company to use (PS: I choose EchoScribe), which biller to use. Should I buy a holter, Is the ear wax machine from WA worth it. Should I buy the Cadillac model vitals signs WA Lxi? Should should I hire when comparing resumes? Should my wife be my office manager? etc.

So many decision in a practice and eachtime it's like reinventing the wheel.

Also, there is the clinical scenario posting. So these things people would find the time for.

Regards
ConciergeDoc

Social networks for doc are senseless, I agree.

Partially because we don’t have the time.
