Now people are demanding to become experimental subjects. <br/><br/>Warren Zevon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warren_Zevon) had it figured out. If no generally accepted and effective cure exists at the time of your diagnosis, or you've exhaused all the usual stuff, then there is no likelihood of any new saves comming along in time. You can spend what time you have left living fruitfully, or spend it futilly. I hope that I can be so wise.
