Most people are going with convergence. I now use a Treo 680 myself though I still have a working  Palm T5 and Dell Axim x50v in my &quot;collection&quot; (the rest of my old PDAs I have given away).&lt;br/&gt;The Treo does everything including even running UpToDate.&lt;br/&gt;I organise my practice and keep track of my patients with Agendus Premium.&lt;br/&gt;Btw Kevin, I keep a Medical PDA news blog here:&lt;br/&gt;http://palmdoc.net&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Cheers</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes the pure PDA is dying.
