We had a retired hospital administrator come to our office , owned by our community hospital. His first request was to see our menus. To her credit,my office nurse said<br/>"you know as a doctors office we don't usually serve food." The visit went downhill from there. <br/> Its been years since we have received any valuable feedback. Last year they made us change all the waste baskets,as they were unhappy with the ones they made us buy 2 years before. This idiocy only cost another $1000. I quess they send the A team to BIDMC.
