I quess they send the A team to BIDMC. We had a retired hospital administrator come to our office , owned by our community hospital. His first request was to see our menus. To her credit,my office nurse said
“you know as a doctors office we don’t usually serve food.” The visit went downhill from there.
Its been years since we have received any valuable feedback. Last year they made us change all the waste baskets,as they were unhappy with the ones they made us buy 2 years before. This idiocy only cost another $1000.
