I’ve seen a couple pass out from exhaustion, skipping meals, etc.

I had a heart surgeon pass out…..with the patient on bypass. No pulse. I was ready to do CPR on the guy when he woke up. He ended up with a pacemaker later that day.

Fortunately, there was another surgeon available to finish the heart surgery.
