How about physician created rating of insurance companies on how often they deny medically necessary care or interfere with the practice of medicine, and have the local medical society send it to all human resource directors, CEO’s, school boards and other purchasing groups, and unions. It need not be precise, theirs isn’t. It would be a real public service. One might attach to it an explaination that insurance company system of physicians are for protecting insurance company profits, not patients.
