Everyone would. The difference is, I am willing to pay for the service--but they are all too busy being dancing to the government and insurance companies tune to take the time to sell me the service that I am ready and willing to pay for.<br/><br/>It has long been well established that price controls create shortages--always. I am an anesthesiologist, and I lament the state of internal medicine; the men and women who were once the "high priests" in the temple of medicine now must run about to make ends meet. Medicine as a whole has suffered as a consequence; I see it every day in my practice. Hopefully, this too, shall pass... Practice conditions for internists are abominable and a travesty.
