		<description>I will be raising my fees by 3 percent next year to reflect the increased wages, rent, postage, and other costs I must bear.  I Medicare does not increase reimbursement by this amount, I will have to cut back the Medicare component of my practice to compensate.  Too bad I cannot balance bill as this cut would not be a problem for me or most of my patients.  It is that simple.</description>

		<description>this is a cheap way that cms &amp; congress get to show that they&#039;re trying to reign in healthcare costs, but still support doctors, and all the while shafting doctors of an increase in reimbursements while costs are skyrocketing.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;that is why patients are pissed that their doc is spending like 5 mins with them after they&#039;re in the waiting room for 2 hrs.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;i don&#039;t understand why it&#039;s so hard for people to accept that doctors are entitled to annual raises just like everyone else.</description>
