Medical terrorists

Dr. Crippen tries to make sense of it:

. . . let us hope that there is not going to be yet another wave of racism in the NHS.

I fear, however, that the gutter press and the sleazy media will indeed fuel the flames of racism. I fear there will be a backlash against doctors from the middle-east and Asia, and most of our Moslem doctors. Not all the Moslem doctors of course, only the non-white Moslem doctors.

There is understandable fear and confusion. The Hippocratic Oath does not encompass terrorism. But doctors, like architects, solicitors and bank clerks, can fight for causes in which they believe.

A certain amount of prudence is in order.

I understand the desire to shut one’s eyes against an ugly truth. It is unpleasant to contemplate that Islamists believe violent destruction is the way to spread the faith and ensure its dominance, and that skilled, intelligent and capable people believe it is their duty to harm others for God’s sake.

Being more circumspect about candidates for trusted positions in society is not the same as some ridiculous and horrifying assertion that “Asians” are “naturally” treacherous. Its the correct course when there is a determined element from that very “Asian” society that wishes to exploit our freedoms to destroy our society.

Excluding those would be immigrants who profess or demonstrate cooperation with or active participation in a radicalized form of Islam should not be welcomed, at least not without careful selection and monitoring.

Does decency and politeness require you to ignore the obsessive, islam centered-activities Abdulla engaged in that were eccentric enough for his colleagues to take note?

Isn’t it prudent to be careful and not simply say, he’s a doctor, therefore completely trustworthy?

This satire might drive the point home better than I can.

I assert, however, that it isn’t racism but culturalism, and I want the right to protect my western way of life; indeed, my life itself, from those who want a revolution to destroy it.

Just make terrorism a covered service in the National Health Service.

The waiting list will be so long the explosive will degrade spontaneously.

“fight for causes in which they believe!?”

Dr. Crippen is usually an astute and fair commentator, but this suggests that even he has become infected with a PC virus.

Since when did “fighing for a cause” entail blowing up innocents? That isn’t fighting. That’s cowardice.

Islam is a hatefilled religion that teaches that all who stop believing in it must be killed and teaching the killing and oppression of unbelievers. It is a warrior cult that free societies should not and cannot tolerate in their midst–or they will not be free.

Either we will accept the facts and stop letting these people in, or we will lose our freedom.
