RE: guidelines for 2-3 y.o.’s: I have a hard time imagining a 2 year old eating “a small salad”. Also, its unclear to me if the 500 ml of milk is in addition to the 3 glasses of milk. Maybe its a British thing.

Gee, I exclusively breastfed for 6 months. Why would you give a baby a milkshake anyway? Drink it yourself and nurse the baby.
