Another is the fact that patients/insurance consumers may not complain about the fact that insurance companies deny services because in many areas the service has already been provided. The physician may have already operated on or treated the patient then filed insurance claims for them not knowing if they will get paid. Even as a par provider a physician may not get paid for legitimate claims. &lt;br/&gt;one answer would be to have patients with health insurance but no one is a provider thereby forcing the insurance companies to cover and pay appropriately. this is of course a pipe dream.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I think he has some valid points.
