Maria calls it extortion. While reading the piece, I was waiting for the punch line: “Practicing medicine while board-certified: priceless.”

Is it really priceless, Kevin? From you, I’d expect something more along the lines of, “Practicing medicine while board-certified: The cost of malpractice insurance.”
