He doesn't hate patients. He hates wasting time. People dont come to the emergency room for relaxed, lengthy sessions with a priamry. The patients OUGHT to be as eager to get on with it as he is. How else do you expect him to keep up the energy seeing FORTY or more aptients in 12 hours??? (with little time to eat). <br/><br/>Why should a patient not speak English? Why should he have to deal with annoying family members? Why should he have to argue with patients who disagree with his judgement, when they sought it in the first place???<br/><br/>I repeat: ITS AN EMERGENCY ROOM!
