		<description>It would be so if you were comparing apples to apples, but you are comparing apples to oranges. I imagine the NHS could do quite a bit more than it does with twice as much money. The US spends TWICE as much money per capita on health as does the UK ... so show me a health care system that is universal that spends as much per capita as the US does that has problems please.</description>
