		<description>Well, it&#039;s not entirely his choice.  That&#039;s just whether he wants to accept the judge&#039;s ruling.  Merck doesn&#039;t have to accept it either way and can always appeal.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We&#039;re still a ways from any money changing hands.  Which kind of illustrates the folly of forming opinions based on large verdicts alone.  There&#039;s a LOT that has to happen before the case is over.</description>
