For those of you who do not subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, this article is a strongly refutes Mr. Moore&#039;s utopian vision of health care in Canada and Great Britain.  In another section of the WSJ, the total tax burden of each country is compared to its GDP.  Guess which country has the highest tax burden?  Why, France of course, the paradigm of health care one would think after watching Mr. Moore&#039;s fantasia.  FYI, France&#039;s tax burden was almost twice that of the USA.</description>
