Cuts across all strata of society, as if talking on the phone gives one license to scream, use profanity, imply the nurse is incompetent, have a tone of entitlement to beat the band, demand many uneccessary treatments and studies &quot;because I have insurance,&quot; refuse assessment or recommendations (why in the world call??).
