The solution is to staff with foreign doctors for illegal patients with the bills charged back to the home country to which they are deported when stable.

I’m not saying I’m against more primary care, on the contrary I’d love for more of it to be profitable enough to expand.

Because this is not Cuba and people have bills to pay. Maybe you are independently wealthy but a few of us must work for a living.
