Let’s see. The last time I saw my doctor, I had to wait a month. And when I needed to see a specialist, it was nine weeks. That was with the large co-pay.
Given a choice between the same wait without the co-pay, I’ll be happy to take my chances with national healthcare.

if you had actually lived in a country with nationalized healthcare you’d know that 1mo and 9wks are nothing. that’s right, nothing. when i lived in canada the wait was in excess of 6mo to see a PMD, and i had friends wait more than a year for an ACL repair. you’re spoiled and you don’t even know it.
