looks like a glomerulus… although the efferent and afferent arterioles may be a little big in proportion to their actual relationship to the glomerulus… just a guess.

I was going to say glumerulus too, but now I’m wondering if that’s too obvious. I might have to spend some quality time with my anatomy atlas tonight.
