That, by definition, makes him a client who's not fully cooperating in his own defense.<br/><br/>I'm sure there was a lot more happening behind the scenes than any of us are aware of. I wouldn't be surprised if the malpractice insurer ordered him to settle rather than risk being blown out of the water when entries from Flea's blog were read aloud in the courtroom.<br/><br/>No insurer, no legal team, wants to be undermined by their client. I just hope the insurer agrees to pay the claim and not leave Flea personally on the hook for the full amount. I’m sure there was a lot more happening behind the scenes than any of us are aware of. I wouldn’t be surprised if the malpractice insurer ordered him to settle rather than risk being blown out of the water when entries from Flea’s blog were read aloud in the courtroom.

No insurer, no legal team, wants to be undermined by their client. I just hope the insurer agrees to pay the claim and not leave Flea personally on the hook for the full amount.
