This is a direct violation of patient confidentiality.  If you need to vent your frustrations with other people thats fine.  do it with another colleague or friend.  If you BLOG about your PATIENTS in the public arena, you are doing someone a disservice.    I am sure there will be more of this as we get newer physicians who are internet saavy.
