Some people are not so "covert". Even with signs all over the place (in most office and hospital settings) that cell phones should be turned off, they whip out their phones in the middle of a conversation and start taking pictures or recording what you're saying. They don't even ask.<br/><br/>So far, I've either asked them to stop, or ended the conversation very quickly and left the room.<br/><br/>Whatever he was told by the CDC or public officials (especially if he and/or his family "anticipated" these events), Andrew Speaker might have exercised some plain old common sense/personal responsibility and stayed put until he knew more about the nature of his illness.
