I’ll give a poo report later. I just took some contemporaneously with a small serving of frozen italian custard (about 11% butterfat) layered with non-fat italian water ice, which I had not intended to eat, only taste.

I eat a fairly low-fat diet and avoid sugar, and I am not overweight. I intend to use it only occasionally, but I’m still “misusing” it in the ways all the naysayers said it would be used.

As in, I am slightly underweight and not overweight at all. But I only see it as a craving management too. All I want is a little taste of cream once in a great while.

If I am needing pantyliners in the next 24 hours, I will never take it again.

A followup to my previous (6:23pm) post. No untoward “treatment effects
have materialized.
