And yet if a patient has a “bad outcome” and seeks to understand what happened, the doctor/clinic/hospital unloads fire and brimstone to make him/her feel like a criminal — thus (if this link is true) contributing to a further decline in the individual’s health. So, do risk managers and administrators ever think of that?
