Then the CDC declares that he is not contagious? Isn't it that active TB is contagious? They need to get their facts straightened because the public relies on those information. As for Mr. Speaker, knowing that he is a personal injury lawyer, he should have answered one of the important questions being asked in his field before boarding 7 flights. "What is the most prudent thing to do?" <br/>If he followed the right answer, then we would not be in this mess in the first place. Now he is trying to spin his situation as being a "victim", first by claiming he was told by the doctors who saw him first--the ones who advised him not to fly out of the country in the first place-- that he was "not a risk", a statement he says was made during a meeting that his father tape recorded. Now he is adding to this rubbish a laughable claim that he feels "abandoned" by the CDC.<br/><br/>So why did he return to the U.S. against second and clearly stronger recommendations that he should not fly? Why did he not report for treatment in Italy as he was told? Why did he travel under subterfuge to Canada and then enter the USA by land? Why did he then report to a New York hospital for treatment if he wouldn't go to health authorities in Europe as instructed?<br/><br/>This is a selfish irresponsible person who refuses to acknowledge is own bad behavior.
