So… Who is going to be the medical prostitute to support this junk litigation and how many providers are going to be defending this street walker physician? Hint: Here is your chance to stand up and say something about junk lawsuits and junk litigation.
I have seasonal affective disorder and I’ll be suing my employer for treating me differently and giving me a desk by a window. It’s so embarrassing to be singled out like that, my medical condition is my business.
Its [not] funny how a “medical” condition can morph from protected information, to something the employer need to be aware of – if there is money to be made. What a travesty!
“Dontfraid was cited as an “exemplary employee” for Binder & Binder, a Park Avenue law firm specializing in disability claims.”
This story is just so rich in irony. Hoisted by their own petard.
May be there is a much better reason to think up about millions.
Anybody can sue anyone for anything. Now if the loser had the make the victim of unfounded claims whole, this would happen a whole lot less.
