Quite aside from the ethical issues, can you honestly think of a more smarmy ploy to gain the attention of patients?

I mean, do we look stupid?

As a young female survivor of a cancer other than breast cancer, I would have taken their pink cupcakes and shoved them up their… uh, nostrils.
