Are they becoming a necessity for radiology recruiting?

Convenience, value for recruiting, and efficiency were named as key factors in radiologists’ use of “nighthawk” services according to a recent study.

Today it is nighthawk getting shipped overseas (to US trained docs), tomorrow it will be all non-interventional rads getting shipped overseas (to non US trained docs). For the same reason Kodak no longer makes cameras and there has not been a TV made here in decades…cost. Once the malpractice issue is worked out US rads is in deep s*&t and it will be sad.
