It isn’t a vaccine in the classical sense. It is an injection angiotensin antagonist (mechanism unclear). The virtue isn’t immunization it is compliance. No more sending a patient off with a scrip for 3 months of an ACEi and then seeing them on follow up and finding out they stopped taking them after 2 weeks and didn’t call to tell you.
